The owner of 75–81 Billy Bishop Way is proposing:
- Five mixed-use towers
- Up to 49 storeys (164 metres)
- 2,055 residential units
- Limited replacement retail
- Only 911 parking spaces
This would replace the existing community-serving plaza — home to Starbucks, Jollibee, The Beer Store, and other essential neighbourhood businesses.
